The GetKanban Game

What is it?

A game to help you really understand how to apply Kanban to software development
An effective teaching tool for your organization or training program
The quickest, most effective way to teach the principles and mechanics of Kanban.

The physical board game version developed by Russell Healy is available from GetKanban.

The online version of the getKanban game developed by ActionableAgile is currently not available while a future version is being developed.

We use the physical board game version as well as software-based games that aren’t yet available to the public in our Professional Scrum with Kanban Training and some of our other Kanban training workshops.
