Sigal has 25 years of experience in the software industry, serving in a wide range of professional and managerial positions. During the last 15 years, Sigal led Agile transformations at NCR (Retalix), AT&T, and NICE Actimize and joined AgileSparks in 2017 where she continues to help organizations in their agile journeys.
Sigal has strong hands-on experience in implementing Lean/Agile principles and practices by training and coaching organizations. Sigal has a deep understanding of the system development life cycle as well as in customer-centricity.
