Roni has over 25 years of experience in the hi-tech industry and since 2005 has been leveraging Agile in one form or another. She has worked with companies ranging from start-ups to world-leading tech corporations. Since 2011, she has been sharing her Agile experience by training and coaching organizations in their Lean/Agile transformation journeys. Roni has strong hands-on experience in driving organizational changes and promoting Lean/Agile mindsets. Roni is also a personal and business coach and brings this unique perspective to her Lean/Agile coaching.
Roni holds both a B.Sc. in Software Engineering and an MBA from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
In her spare time, Roni enjoys volunteering with different organizations supporting important causes such as the Israeli non-profit Economic Empowerment for Women – helping alleviate poverty via women’s entrepreneurship.
