Oren has more than 20 years of experience in R&D management and has held various roles such as R&D Director, Group leader, project management and quality leader, in a number of companies, ranging from a small startup (fring), to a mid-level company (Cellebrite), up to a full-scale enterprise-level worldwide company (AT&T) where he led and transformed a group of 40 engineers into a cross-functional organization, reducing cycle time from 4 months to two weeks while providing an outstanding quality level.
Oren served in the IDF technology Unit of Intelligence, bringing leadership, a can-do approach, and Multidisciplinary experience.
Oren holds a B.SC in Computer Science from the College of Management and a Mechanics Practical Engineer from the Technion.
