As a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST) with Scrum.org Oded certifies hundreds of participants annually, consistently achieving exceptionally high feedback. Oded is a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), and a Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner, and as a Lead Coach at AgileSparks spearheaded leadership development for over a decade.
Before joining AgileSparks, Oded had over 20 years of experience in high-level executive roles, such as Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Vice President of Project Management. Oded holds an MBA from Manchester University and a degree in Organizational Consulting from Bar-Ilan University.
