Dror is a results-driven Agile Coach and SPC-certified SAFe® Program Consultant with over 10 years of hands-on experience in leading Agile and SAFe implementations across global medical device organizations. With a dual background in Mechanical and Computer Engineering (both Cum Laude from the Technion), he brings a rare blend of technical depth, program leadership.
Before joining AgileSparks, Dror held senior roles at GE Healthcare and Philips, where he led the release of AI-driven, cloud-based medical platforms, managed cross-functional teams across geographies, and drove organizational Agile adoption. His practical, no-nonsense coaching style is rooted in deep delivery experience, with a strong focus on aligning business outcomes and technical execution.
Dror has successfully coached both large-scale enterprises and smaller organizations, adapting his methods to each context. Whether guiding a global development team or helping a startup gain traction with limited resources, he brings structure, clarity, and forward momentum to every engagement.
Dror is also PMP® certified and bilingual (Hebrew and English). When he’s not coaching teams, you’ll find him carving wood, hiking, or diving below the surface—just like in his coaching, where depth and precision matter.
