Maya has been in the hi-tech industry for the last 20 years.
Fulfilled different R&D roles: backend developer, team lead and group manager within a range of companies from startups to both Israeli and global enterprises and a unicorn.

Maya’s journey with Agile started a decade ago and since then there has been no turning back.

She has vast experience in improving development life cycle, mentoring managers & teams and implementing agile as a way of work.

Maya holds a B.SC in Computer Science from Ben Gurion University.
