Ben’s interest in Alassian’s ecosystem began in his days in software testing. Working in agile organizations as a tester, he began integrating and configuring jira to support testing effort.Later those efforts grew to make sure Jira, confluence and service desk, reflected the entire workflow of the company, supporting its agile values. After growing initial interest in atlassian products, Ben moved to be a full time system admin and has gained experience with companies and organizations of different scales, ranging from small NGOs to major corporations. In the process, Ben took on certifications from atlassian and is recognized by atlassian as certified in configuring and managing its products as well as migrations. “The most important thing in my work is to make sure that the system serves the people, making the processes smoother for them”.
