Ami has over 30 years of experience in the software industry in which he served in a wide range of professional and managerial positions. Ami served as a software officer for 15 years at the IDF biggest intelligence technical unit, from programmer to senior positions. Afterwards, Ami managed the sw department of Spectralink, Ltd, a wireless communication company. Later, as PMO at Verint company, Ami took part during 4 years in driving the organization into AGILE methodology, from day 1 to late stages AGILE assimilation.
